The law provides for fines up to €100,000. For us, this mainly means: whoever gets clarity on their situation early acts from a position of strength — not under time pressure.
Possibly. NRW offers digitalization vouchers (Mittelstand Innovativ & Digital, via NRW.BANK) that can subsidize consulting and implementation for eligible small and medium businesses. We can't promise you'll qualify, but it's worth checking before assuming this comes entirely out of pocket.
