The Gap Report is a flat €490, plus statutory VAT, for up to five representative page templates — you know the price before we start. As an entry point there's the Quick-Check for €190 (home page and contact form, short report); book the Gap Report within 30 days and we credit the €190 in full. Remediation of shops, portals and web apps is quoted after the report, usually €2,000–5,000 depending on findings. For small business websites, a new website is often cheaper than repairs — no setup fee, from €49 a month. Ongoing UX consulting runs on a retainer basis, no minimum term. All prices are net, VAT shown per invoice.
The Gap Report is done in 5 business days. The remediation timeline depends on the findings — you get a firm deadline before we start.
Depends what you sell online and how big you are — there's an exemption for micro-enterprises. The Gap Report includes a scope check — if you're genuinely not affected, we'll tell you that too.
Yes. Enforcement has been active since 2025 — law firms are reportedly already checking websites for BFSG compliance, sometimes based on nothing more than single screenshots. The law provides for fines up to €100,000. For us, this mainly means: whoever gets clarity on their situation early acts from a position of strength — not under time pressure.
Both, if you want. The Gap Report stands on its own — take the fix list to any dev team. Or we handle the remediation ourselves, and you only pay for what actually needs fixing.
