We don't store any of your input: the tool runs entirely in your browser, nothing is sent to us — and everything is deleted as soon as you close the tab.
Test the link and QR code with your own phone before printing. No warranty for third-party services. Google and WhatsApp are trademarks of their owners; this tool is not affiliated with Google or WhatsApp. Follow Google's review policies.
Getting the most out of it
- Show it right after a good conversation — at the till, at handover, on the invoice.
- Don't reward reviews and don't only ask happy customers — that breaks Google's policies.
- Put the WhatsApp link on your website, Google profile and email signature too.
Frequently asked questions
How do I create a WhatsApp link?
Enter your mobile number — we add the country code automatically — and optionally a greeting. The finished link (wa.me/…) opens a chat with you directly.
Where do I find my Google review link?
In your Google Business Profile under “Ask for reviews”. Copy the link and paste it into the tool — it becomes the QR code for your counter card.
Am I allowed to ask customers for Google reviews?
Yes — but ask all customers equally, without incentives and without picking only happy ones. That's what Google's review policies require.
