How to add the signature

Gmail
Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → create new → paste (Ctrl/Cmd + V) → “Save changes” at the bottom.
Outlook
Settings → Account → Signatures → new signature → paste → save.
Apple Mail
Mail → Settings → Signatures → + → untick “Always match my default message font” → paste.

Frequently asked questions

How do I add the signature in Outlook?

Click “Copy signature”, open Outlook Settings → Account → Signatures, create a new signature and paste it.

What must a business email signature contain?

For a German GmbH or UG, among other things the company name, legal form, registered office, register court, register number and managing directors (§ 35a GmbHG); registered merchants: § 37a HGB. Add these in the address field.

Why isn't my logo showing?

The logo is loaded via a link. Some email programs only show images after a click — the signature text always stays readable.
